So, in order to reduce the appearance of dark circles and wrinkles, it is important to get enough sleep for at least about 7-8 hours a day.
  • Keep your brain active:- Although the brain is not a muscle, it is responsible for controlling the body. According to the studies in 2004, it is shown in MRI Scans that people who have stopped using their brain due to ageing, their brain have shrunk. So, it is important to give your brain a challenge like solving sudoku, puzzles, etc will reduce the risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease.
  • Avoiding Sugar:- We all crave desserts and sweet things and even the best desserts are filled with sugars. As we all know that sugar has a bad effect on the body and it affects the skin both internally as well as externally.
