To make this syrup, add one teaspoon fennel seed powder to the one glass of water and then sieve the mixture with a sieve. Now add sugar and black salt to it. 5. Aam Panna

Aam Panna is a very popular summer drink and rich in Vitamin A, C and Iron. It is a cooling drink which helps to fight several summer diseases like dehydration, indigestion and heat stroke. To make Aam Panna, first, peel raw mango and wash it with clean water. Boil them for at least 10-20 minutes. Let them cool and separate the pulp and seeds. Now add 5 cups of water, black pepper and cumin powder to this mango pulp, stir it well. Now it is ready to serve. To cool it, keep it in the refrigerator or add ice cubes.

6. Buttermilk (Chaach or Mattha)

It is also an amazing homemade drink during summers, it is a rich source of calcium, protein, potassium, and Vitamin B12. It is helpful in dehydration, acidity, stomach reflux and also improves digestion. To prepare buttermilk at home, blend one cup yoghurt and dilute it by adding water. Now add salt, cumin and coriander powder to it (As per requirement). You can serve it at room temperature or after cooling it down. To add more freshness you can garnish with mint leaves.

7. Sparkling or Detox Water

Nowadays, most people prefer detox tea but now sparkling or detox water is a new way of detoxing the body during this summer.
