Or you have another way, rub this solution on the paining knee cap, 2 times daily.

It is a cure for many diseases including knee pain because it has a strong anti-inflammatory properties. It eases the pain and swelling, both simultaneously. Get 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and a glass of milk. Mix them very well and drink it. Or you can make a paste of turmeric with lukewarm water and rub it on affected knee. Better be regular and do it twice a day.

It is also a remedy for dozens of diseases. If you are feeling the pain in your kneecap due to osteoarthritis, ginger is the ultimate remedy. It act as analgesic because of the presence of compounds like gingerol, thus making it a strong anti-inflammatory. You need a piece of a clean muslin cloth, 1 cup of water and a 1 small piece of ginger. Soak the ginger in water and then boil it. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Filter it with another piece of cloth and let it cool down by itself. Dip your clean cloth in this mixture and place it on your knee cap. Wrap this cloth around your kneecap and allow it to work itself. Its ingredients will suck the pain out, lessening it every time you follow this procedure. Do it 3 or 4 times a day for some positive results.

4. Olive Oil

The ingredients of olive oil are hydroxytyrosol, oleocanthal, oleuropein, tyrosol, and polyphenols and they have strong anti-inflammatory features that make the swelling and pain to disappear. It is an amazing herb to reduce pain in the kneecap. Take some extra virgin olive oil. Put it on your palm and massage the knee that is paining for about 5 to 10 minutes. After that leave it and let it evaporate itself. If you don’t gel with the oily feeling, you can wash it after 30 minutes with plain water. If you need some effective results, do it for 3 to 4 times a day.

5. Cayenne Peppers

Cayenne Peppers is an excellent remedy for knee pain as it has capsaicin, which is famous for analgesic and anti-inflammatory features. You need to have these items to prepare a mixture. Get 3 teaspoons of cayenne pepper, 1 cup of olive oil, 1/2 cup of grated beeswax, a tight- lidded glass jar and a double broiler. Put the 3 spoons of cayenne peppers into olive oil and heat it on a medium heat for 10 minutes. Add the beeswax to this mixture and keep stirring consistently. Keep stirring until beeswax has dissolved completely and the mixture presents a smooth look. Put this mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes and rustle it once again. Put it back in the fridge for 15 minutes and rustle again. After that put this in the lidded glass jar and refrigerate it. Now you have the complete remedy ready, which can be used anytime and anywhere. Use this mixture for up to 1 and half weeks. Don’t pull beyond that. Rub this mixture for many time a day to see its true effectiveness.

6. Lemon Juice

Lemon juice is a cool drink that has anti-inflammatory features, which help in lessening the swelling and pain, which also come along the knee pain. Get a lemon and a teaspoon of sesame oil. Squeeze the lemon and take out its juice and mix with the sesame oil. Massage it on the paining knee for about 5 minutes, gently of course. After that leave it for 30 to 40 minutes. You can repeat this process again after 40 minutes. This procedure must be done for 3 to 4 times a day. You can also drink a glass of lemon juice daily to accelerate your recovery.
