5. Borage Seeds Oil
It is a rich source of gamma linoleic acid which improves joint tenderness, swelling, and pain. It is anti-inflammatory in nature. Massage borage seeds oil on joints two times in a day. You can also mix almond oil in borage seed for better results.
6. Evening Primrose Oil
It is rich in gamma-linolenic acid(a type of omega 6 fatty acid) and beta- amyrin. It can help to reduce symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis. Massage this oil two times a day will relieve the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis.
7. Green Tea
It contains polyphenols, which are antioxidant-rich substances that help in reduce inflammation, protect joints. Drink a cup of green tea in mid-morning and evening.
It has antioxidant properties that prevent cell damage from free radicals. Using cinnamon in daily diet helps in the decrease of C – reactive (a marker of inflammation) protein in the blood. Dried cinnamon can be added to oatmeal, smoothies, soups, and stews. Do not overuse it, it might not be safe for pregnant women.
It contains diallyl sulfide which is an anti-inflammatory compound that decreases the effects of pro-inflammatory cytokines. It also helps in prevent the destruction of cartilage and reduce inflammation. Garlic can be added in many foods sandwiches spread, vegetables, and soups.
