Usage: For showering and cleaning the genitals (1 pinch). Put a pinch of bhasma mixture in 5 to 6 litres of warm water, place in a sitz bath and soak for 25 to 30 minutes.


  • Take half of the turmeric and one part of the Triphala powder. Mix both to make a powder and after the bath use this as a dusting powder.
