Ayurvedic Treatment for Bacterial Vaginosis (BV)
Bacterial Vaginosis (BV) is the commonest condition of the vagina caused by the overgrowth of the microorganisms normally present in the vagina. It is also known as vaginal bacteriosis which is the commonest cause for vaginal infection in women of childbearing age. It is not a sexually transmitted infection. Bacterial vaginosis should not be confused with candidiasis or trichomonas vaginalis which are due to imbalance of naturally occurring bacterial flora, present in a woman’s vagina. Causes of bacterial vaginosis
